What sizes are available?
We offer three premium square sizes:
- Small: 50 × 50 mm
- Medium: 65 × 65 mm
- Large: 80 × 80 mm
How many magnets come in a bundle?
Choose the bundle that suits you best:
- 6 pcs
- 9 pcs
- 12 pcs
How many photos can I upload?
You’ll upload exactly the number of photos in your bundle:
- 6 pcs → upload 6 photos
- 9 pcs → upload 9 photos
- 12 pcs → upload 12 photos
Tip: you can upload different photos — or repeat the same one for multiples.
Can I use different photos in one order?
Yes. Each magnet can have a different image. You can also repeat an image if you’d like duplicates.
What photo quality do you recommend?
- Use sharp, well-lit photos.
- Avoid blurry or heavily compressed images.
- Original camera photos usually give the best results.
Low-resolution images can look softer in print.
Do you crop my photos?
We crop images to fit the square format while keeping the composition looking natural and balanced.
How strong are the magnets?
Our magnets are designed for a secure hold on fridges, cabinets and other metal surfaces.
How long does production take?
Most orders are produced within 1–2 business days. Shipping time depends on your location.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you contact us quickly before production begins, we can usually help.
Do you accept returns?
Because each order is custom-made from your photos, we cannot accept standard returns. If there’s a quality issue, we’ll resolve it.
